Welcome to Lang Leap. These Terms of Use describe the rules for accessing and using the Lang Leap internal operations application.
By accessing or using the application, you agree to use it only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
1. Authorized Use
The Lang Leap application is intended for authorized users only. You may access the application only if you have been invited or approved by Lang Leap LLC or an authorized workspace administrator.
You agree not to access, attempt to access, or use any workspace, account, project, client record, team member profile, timesheet, report, or other data unless you are authorized to do so.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You should not share your password, invite links, reset links, or account access with anyone else.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify Lang Leap LLC or your workspace administrator promptly.
3. Business Data
The application may contain business information including client records, project details, estimates, assignments, team member profiles, timesheets, reports, and related operational data.
You agree to use this information only for legitimate business purposes and only within the scope of your assigned role and permissions.
4. User Roles and Permissions
Access to features and data may depend on your assigned workspace role, workspace permissions, team member profile, project assignments, or other access settings.
Lang Leap LLC or an authorized administrator may change, suspend, or remove your access at any time.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass security or permissions
- Access or export data you are not authorized to view
- Share confidential business data outside authorized channels
- Upload malicious files, code, or content
- Interfere with the operation or security of the application
- Use the application for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
6. Availability and Changes
Lang Leap LLC may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the application at any time.
We aim to keep the application available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Third-Party Services
The application may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, analytics, or related operations. These services may include platforms such as Supabase, Vercel, Resend, or similar providers.
8. No Professional Advice
Information in the application is provided for operational and business management purposes only. It should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advice.
9. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, leaves the company workspace, no longer requires access, or for security, legal, or business reasons.
